Registration

Please read the festival registration forms below to print off and mail. Ensure you have read the information regarding the festival and expectations found in the "festival information" page.  Please send your deposit and the "1st mail out form" to reserve your spot in the festival.

All forms found on this page are available to print off and open as PDF files.

Entry Fee 

The entry fee is:

• $450.00 for first group entered

• $360.00 for the 2nd group

• $300.00 for additional groups.

Deadline for entry:  MONDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd, 2026.

Mailed with cheques only. No Fax please.

Payable To: Vancouver Island Concert Band, Orchestra, and Choir Festival

Entries are limited and scheduling will be based on time of registration in the above office.

Refunds 

There will be NO REFUNDS  for withdrawn groups beyond the deadline entry of Monday, February 2nd, 2026.
